Refund and Returns Policy

You can return goods within 14 days (minimum) of delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at Pokescottgroup@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will also be charged a fee depending on the order to cover the return shipping

Each return will be inspected to declare if the box has been tampered with or hasn’t been returned in the original condition. 

If pre orders are cancelled you will incur a 20% surcharge fee due to the stock limitations on pre orders

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If the order has been lost or misrouted the shipping team will carry out an investigation once this has been completed and confirmed the parcel has been lost. You will then be entitled to a full refund.

Unfortunately ScottsCollections can’t be healed liable for any delays by the carrier but if there are any delays in shipping please keep up to date on the tracking or alternatively contact us and we can enquire on the delay and provide any further information that we find out!

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
