Where are you based?

We’re based here in the UK so all products have passed customs and are in hand ready to be shipped unless stated otherwise!

 

Do I pay any importing or tax fees?

No! Since the boxes are already with our team we ship them directly to yourself no extra fees! Unless you’re outside the UK fees depend on your country.

 

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free with orders over £100! Within the UK otherwise it’s £2.95

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I’m happy to ship to wherever in the world all have a standard shipping rate of £14.99 

 

Do you offer bulk discount?

Yes! Best way is to speak to me directly either through Instagram ScottsCollections  or the contact me page

 

How do pre orders work?

Pre orders are normally for boxes that are due to be released in the up coming month(s). Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation of the order as well as in the listing a release date.

Boxes normally arrive about a week after the release date at which we will ship them all out the day they arrive, you will be then notified once they have been shipped to yourself along with the tracking details!

Please be aware there is a 10% cancellation fee on pre orders

 

Is your stock guaranteed?

Yes! Unlike most stores they don’t guarantee stock due to them not knowing exactly how much stock they will receive.

How my store works is I wait for confirmation of the stock numbers from my supplier so once I know them I can start doing pre orders and then in the mean time try and secure more boxes with them!

 

Are you a trusted seller?

Yes! I’ve been in the Pokémon scene a long time now so I can understand the importance of having good sellers.

My order hasn’t arrived, What should I do?

 

Firstly I do apologies for any carrier issues such as late or lost parcels, best thing to do is Ito contact me either through Instagram ScottsCollections or on the contact section on the website. Let me know the details such as the tracking number and your order details and I’ll do my best to find out what happened and to get it sorted for yourself as soon as possible!

 

I made a mistake in my order what do I do?

Feel free to email me or best contact me on Instagram let me know what the issue might be such as delivery address and I’m more than happy to sort out any issues!
